Beautiful villa for 6 people, Wifi, private heated pool, beach at 9 min by car

Enjoy your holidays in our private Villa surrounded by a very large garden and a large pool.

The house is a two-storey villa. On the upper floor there is: a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, American coffee machine, blender and juicer), a very cozy living room, two dining rooms, one in the kitchen and another in the kitchen. the terrace (located right next to the kitchen) and a toilet.

On the lower floor there are: 3 bedrooms, 1 with two 90cm beds, 1 with a 160x200cm bed and 1 with two separate 110cm beds. One of the bedrooms has a full private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.

From the lower floor you can directly access the garden where the pool of 7.5m x 3.5m. The pool is provided with a heated electric cover. The heating system of the pool is switched on from October to June and works automatically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is also possible to put it into operation 24 hours a day with an additional charge of 10 euros per day. The heating of the pool can be put into operation also in the summer, 10 euros per day, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and for 15 euros per day 24 h.

The nearest beach to the house is located only 9 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is only 4 minutes by car and the nearest golf course only 7/8 minutes by car.

the chalet is equipped with:

- Wifi ADSL;
- Towels, towels for the pool and sheets;
- Television with Spanish, English, German and French channels;
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric and gas heaters, hair dryer.

The staircase that connects the upper floor with the lower floor includes a very useful gate for the little ones (the gate can be placed on both floors).

the chalet includes all the necessary appliances for your vacation.

The maintenance service of the pool and the garden is done once a week.

Good villa
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the Villa. We were a group of six adults and one child. Villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and communication between us and the owner was perfect. The location is up the mountain and you will need a car to get around. The pool and views are superb. We barbecued every night and my only advice for the Villa is to maybe get another light for the barbecue to see what you are cooking when the sun sets and get better drinking glasses. I would definitely recommend this Villa for families or friends.

Amazing house but……
We stayed here two years ago and loved it so much we came back again. The day before we arrived we were warned a a wall was being built between the property and the adjoining one (also owned by the same company). We had the first day and a half to enjoy the property as we remembered if from 2 years earlier -amazing. After that we had building next door from 0800-1600 daily. This main issue this caused us was builders in our garden, and also constantly at the wall facing into our garden meaning we lost our privacy. We did not feel comfortable using the pool until after they had gone each day, nor did we feel comfortable using most of the Garden, as we never knew when a face would appear above the wall. It looks to us like a house is being built between the two existing houses so I imagine the noise and lack of privacy will not just be limited to our week there. It is such a shame as it really spoilt our enjoyment of the week, and had we known in advance we would have looked for an alternative property personally (it may not bother some people but it definitely bothered us). I did flag it up at the time to the owner, but the lack of privacy continued, even after the wall was erected as the men were pouring concrete into the dividing supports/ onto the top etc all of which meant facing into the garden.

We are a family of 5 and this villa suited our needs perfectly. We arrived late at night so couldn't see how lovely the location is until the morning. It is beautifully peaceful (just what we wanted) so it's not the place if you're looking to be on rhe beach or amongst the bars and restaurants...you'll need to drive everywhere. The villa is very clean and kitchen kitted out well for a holiday. We did lots of bbqs enjoying the view. The garden area and pool is lovely. Alessandro is a great host and his team are also very good. Pool cleaned and checked twice during week. I can't think of any negatives providing you are looking for a quiet getaway and are happy to drive to the beaches etc. If you have small children I would be wary of marble staircase but there is a stairgate at the top. We would totally recommend this villa! P.s. there is a very convenient Lidl at the bottom of the hill!

Vacances comme on les aime.
Très agréable maison. Le patio à côté de la piscine est très confortable, et agréable, quel plaisir de s’y reposer pour lire pendant que les enfants jouent dans la piscine, qui est chauffée, un vrai régal. Situation au calme, avec une belle vue. Situation parfaite pour partir à la découverte de l’île en voiture. On a été faire de la rando tous les jours.

Superb Villa
Just returned from a week's stay at this superb villa. Quiet, peaceful location with stunning views over the island and the sea beyond. Wonderful villa with idyllic views
We have just returned from a week staying in this beautiful villa. It was immaculately clean with one of the loveliest pool areas I've ever encountered. Stunning views from the pool and balcony. The kitchen was really well-equipped with an induction hob. It's quiet, peaceful and feels very secure with electric gates. We hired an automatic car which was a great help manoeuvring up the very steep hills to get to the property. We were very sad to leave today, and definitely hope to visit again!

Beautiful villa in quite area
The villa was perfect for us and was even better than the photographs. It was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive when contacted. Although the pool was heated it was still quite cool and maybe need to pay for the pump to be on at night in the winter months. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and will definitely book it again when we return to Tenerife.

Lovely quiet villa
Overall this was a good property but it may not suit everyone. Positives: clean, bright, well equipped, comfortable beds, good showers, private parking, quiet, fabulous outside. Less good: stairs down to bedrooms feel very steep at the top; more seating in lounge if more than 2 people; if you are not confident driving then the last 1/4 mile is a narrow and winding road.

Gorgeous private Villa with epic sunsets
Stayed here with my partner and 70 year old parents in January. Was the perfect space to relax and watch the sunsets after exploring the island during the day. The house is super clean and Ale the owner is quick to respond if any questions. We will defo visit again in the future

Great host and beautiful villa
Fantastic villa for families. Very private and the the views are amazing! If visiting in the winter, I would recommend paying the additional fee to have the pool heated 24 hours. The host was brilliant. Whenever I contacted him, he responded immediately and was always polite and professional. Overall, a wonderful villa and a brilliant holiday.

A very peaceful location with fabulous views across the sea to La Gomera. Upstairs, the villa has a comfortable lounge complete with a large smart TV, a well equipped kitchen with dining areas both inside and out and a WC. Downstairs, there are three spacious double bedrooms and doors leading to the garden and pool. Beautifully crafted gardens with a heated swimming pool, BBQ area and outside lounging area make this a very pleasant and relaxing villa to stay.

Excellent Villa
The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is lovely. There are multiple seating areas to relax in. The kitchen is well stocked in terms of plates, cups, cutlery etc. The bedrooms are a nice size. The only issue is the drive up to the villa from the main road. It's a very narrow windy road and takes some getting used to. You certainly need a car if staying at this villa. All in all though, you can't fault it. It's spot on and we'd definitely stay again if visiting Tenerife.

We had such an amazing stay as a family. The villa was well equipped and had everything we required for the two weeks. The pool was heated which was an amazing bonus of the cloudy days. Stunning house and gardens
Brilliant house- we loved staying here. Amazing views from so many different areas in this house. We loved the shaded couch areas in the garden and enjoyed watching the sunset from there every night. All the living/ eating areas and two of the bedrooms had lovely views too. House was well equipped and very clean. As others have said, a 5 min drive up a steep hill, but easily managed in a standard hire car, and plenty of amenities within easy reach. We are already looking at dates for next year to make a return trip.

Perfect Retreat
Excellent communications with charming and helpful host, could not have been better. Property spotlessly clean and very welcoming with everything we could need. Idyllic location for a quiet week away with magnificent views to the distant sea. Easy drive from TFS airport but SATNAV a must and the final couple of miles to the property an interesting journey along narrow, winding and steep roads. No restaurants or shops in walking distance but not an issue for us, all facilities a five minute drive away. Lovely pool area with several terraces and shaded areas. Built in BBQ and plenty of sunbeds and beach towels. All in all I highly recommend this property and host. Would certainly book again.

Great villa
You’ll need a car to get to this lovely villa. It sits up a mountainside above the coast about 20 kilometres from Tenerife south airport. The road is narrow and winding and good fun. Once there you’ll find a scrupulously clean villa set in a beautifully manicured garden with a nice sized pool. Internally there is enough space for 4 to 6 adults. Entering the villa you’ll walk directly into the open plan upper living space comprising lounge area and kitchen diner. There is a large modern tv. Though we couldn’t access and English speaking channels we signed into our Netflix and enjoyed films on the evenings we stayed in. We suggested to Alessandra that a further seat/sofa is required to seat 6 people (we were a group of 4) and he was going to obtain this necessary seating. The kitchen was adequately fitted out. We particularly enjoyed using the charcoal bbq on 3 evenings. There was plenty of charcoal to start us off. We also ate locally at restaurants away from playa de las americas and found the restaurants in la caletta to be the best - though more expensive. There were no negatives about the villa and Alessandra the owner was lovely, friendly and went out of his way to iron out any little niggles we had. We can thoroughly recommend this villa.

Fantastic villa for relaxing
The villa was clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely and warm. We had several BBQs on the terrace and the supermarket is only 5 minutes drive down the hill. The villa is great for relaxing. Alessandro is very welcoming and quick to response to issues. We didn't want to come home! Thank you for a lovely time. We all had a fantastic time.

A wonderful villa in a nice, quiet location
We had a wonderful time at the villa! We got really nice weather (in March), we swam at the pool, and toured a number of places in Tenerife. The location is excellent; it makes it easy to reach all central locations while at the same time being away from the hustle and bustle of the popular resorts. Alessandro was an amazing host, very responsive every time we needed something.
