"Very pleasant and clean airport hotel just one Tube stop from Heathrow. Lots of useful bus routes outside too. Our room was right next to the flight path but the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel has a restaurant. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location, safe, very clean and comfortable rooms. Wonderful coffee bar in the lobby. Exceptional customer service from the staff. A shout out to Victor and the entire Concierge crew, and Sabella at Reception. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit London."

"Hotel was clean throughout, and all staff very friendly & pleasant. Was clear in booking process that there was no bathroom in room. The bathrooms/toilets are very clean, and their are many throughout the building, and at least one close to every room. Breakfast was fine (bacon,eggs,toast,tea,coffee,orange juice, cereal). Around 5minute walk to Paddington station. Excellent budget option for the price."

"An easy place to stay for someone older and interested in seeing the British Museum that is across Russel Square from the hotel. I enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful. My room with a double bed was small, tucked over what I can only describe as the industrial alley of the hotel. No traffic noise but white noise coming from what might be the air filtration system. No great view except the alley and noisy during the day as there were work men making repairs to the building in the area, alley, outside the windows which are old, single paned, and let in the noise. The windows can be opened. I like white noise. The room was adequate, clean, the service good, and hotel very well located."
