"Room was small with no view, looking out onto an enclosed yard, but OK for the price paid and room was clean. Pillows had not been provided, but this was just an oversight and soon sorted by friendly staff. Unfortunately, no decaff coffee is provided in the rooms and when I checked with staff, they said it isn't available at all. This is disappointing and could easily be rectified. Plenty of free parking available. However, the worst thing is getting to the hotel and the lack of decent...

"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...
