"Good location and nice hotel. Needs some work though, shower didn't work properly and both the bathroom door and main door has no lock. The stay was fine for 8 hours before the flight. Priced pretty well and free parking! Happy with that part.
Hotel did a great job of sorting the fire alarm that went off at 7am. Got it sorted within a few minutes. Happy with that too."
"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...
