"Staff were great, especially Zoe. Location was central and was quiet. Rooms were quite dated and we had to switch rooms, but after that, everything was great."
"Nice size room and comfortable bed. Basic coffee/tea options. Room window was right next to the train tracks of the station, alarmingly, but the sound outside was no issue.
Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door."
"Excellent hotel with friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooms as described, spacious clean with a lovely designed ensuite . Biggest plus was the swimming pool with sauna, whirlpool etc , very clean and large.
Overall a great stay and we will definitely return in the future."
