"The staff was helpful. The room with a river view was nice. Breakfast was good. There is a nice park on the river just a few blocks away. It was nice for a walk after dinner. The only drawback was there is not an exercise room. Other than that, we loved it."

"Great locatiion just off Main St in Marble Falls. Plenty of restaurants, shops and stuff to walk to including the Blue Bonnet. Minor issues - need more than one ice tray and one there was cracked; if someone is living upstairs, you will hear them walking around; there was K cup coffee, but best we could tell no l cup adapter for coffee maker? Outside of that, nice little place. Thx!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Armadillo Villa! The property sits just off the water and offers absolutely gorgeous views—it’s peaceful, serene, and the perfect place to unwind.There are so many great spaces to gather. The ground level was one of our favorites, with a cozy fire pit, shaded outdoor seating, and a table that made it easy to relax and spend time together. Upstairs, the patio provides stunning water views and an airy, refreshing feel both in the mornings and evenings.The beds were incredibly comfortable and gave us a truly luxurious night’s sleep. The home itself is spacious and ideal for families or groups, with plenty of room to gather and connect. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, which made our stay even more convenient.One of the best features is the location—so close to downtown and the Bluebonnet Café, making it easy to explore and enjoy local spots.Overall, this is a fantastic getaway—perfect for a weekend escape or even a longer stay. There are so many positives, you really can’t go wrong booking here. We would absolutely stay again!"

"This B&B was perfect for meeting up with all our college age kids for a weekend with HillCountry excursions. And it’s right next to MarbleFalls downtown square shopping/music. And only a 3 minute drive (or longer walk) to family restaurants on the river - beautiful! Pam keeps a very clean B&B and was quick to answer a couple questions we had leading up to our stay.
