We had delicious dinner there for one of the nights with a beautiful, tranquil view and all our needs were taken care of throughout the stay. We will be back! "

"This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! It's small, but serviced and supported very well by the staff at the restaurant. "

"A wonderful hotel in a beautiful town. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The deluxe room is big enough for a family of 4 to stay comfortably. "After taking transportation ( bus or taxi) to the town on the hill, walking or buses were available easily. The hotel was lovely. Great view of the square. A market was set up one morning, neat but a little noisy. I’d stay there again. "

"After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "
