"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. Nearby there are two shopping centers and several restaurants. The only negative point is that you need a car to reach it. "
