"Hotel is a bit difficult to find with GPS. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was very nice as was dinner. The cleaning staff were talking in the hotel corridor outside of the room at 8am, when we were trying to sleep. "Amazing experience at Puleera. Such a unique location with views of the Mt. Etna and the Ionian Sea. The staff was friendly and caring, it really felt like they knew us just after our first day. Food was delicious and clearly sourced from local ingredients. I recommend asking about the excursions like Mt. Etna hikes and horseback riding!"

"The staff were really friendly and attentive. The rooms very clean and large. They set up an extra single bed for my son. The breakfast was delicious. They organised a driver to pick us up from the train and then to take us to the airport. He was a very careful driver. The pool area was much smaller than the view in the website.
