"We had a horrible experience! We arrived at around 20.30 and were greeted in the parking by the manager. We were informed that the lift was not working and were escorted to the reception through the service door. We paid for our stay (2 nights) and immediately we were informed that the AC was not working. Of course this was a problem for us as it was a heatwave. "This is my go to place in Acitrezza/AciCastello, Sicily Having stayed here 2 other times, it feels like family. Giorgio is a delightful and attentive host that also owns the B&B. The B&B overlooks the beautiful coast and the morning Breakfast is so relaxing as you start your day. Would highly recommend the Oasis ."

"No host to greet us which was fine, this is just a B and B. We found the key and let ourselves in, note left in door with our names and wifi code. We went out for a meal and came back to another note stating breakfast 8.00-9.30 am which was fine as we needed to leave at 8:30 to catch a flight. Host didn't arrive for breakfast until after 8:20 and we had to leave with only a coffee and an apple, not sure what else was on offer other than cake and juice so can't review the breakfast."
