It's an old hotel, needs rehabilitation, renovation and reactivation. My toilet door locked me for 2hours, I was shouting no body heard me, no room service , I have trekked outside to buy soap and tissue, no towel, nothing given to me. TV is blind, mosquito had their feast on my body, they said no mosquito repellent available. Agura hotel is as good as a short time chalet.

Definitely did not look as lovely upon driving up as pictures do. No electricity yet at 12:30 pm. Bed was like sitting on a board literally. Staff was friendly and check in was quick. We checked out within a half hour of arrival due to no electricity and hard bed. Never got to see rest of place unfortunately.

The place was very bad. The pictures showing on the web sites is not the same. The building conditions was in terrible shape. The rooms are very bad. I don’t know what kind of words I should use to describe that dirty place they call it hotel. I have to select a room from 8 rooms they show me and non was suitably to sleep in . The final one I choose did not have a key so I finally have to leave the place and look for another hotel. They still have not refund me my money

reception sometimes unfriendly, guests should request towels, bad shower, old building. Guests need to ask everyday a wifi password. Sometimes they don't have it available.
