"Absolutely brilliant stay from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. My in-room safe stopped working one evening, and the response was fantastic: five members of staff came to try and fix it, and when it couldn't be repaired, they simply replaced it without any fuss. On another occasion, I wasn't feeling well and asked for an early turndown — they arranged it without issue and went a step further, bringing up a hot lemon and honey drink completely unprompted. That kind of thoughtfulness really sets this hotel apart. Genuinely five-star service throughout. Would happily return"

"This was my first time lodging at a property such as this one. The exterior is reminiscent of that old-world, traditional Islamic architecture, but the interior is completely modernized, comfortable, quiet and decorative without being tacky. The location, per se, is tourist attraction, but it is surrounded by a litany of restaurants, all sorts of shops and walking paths. The Corniche and the MIA are walking distance away. The entry to the Metro Red line is literally next door and rideshares are easy to catch. Breakfast is served across the street at the luxurious Al Nadja hotel and it's definitely worth going."
