"I was placed in a smoking room. It was terrible. However, when checking my confirmation, I see that I erroneously booked a smoking room. Usually the first room listed on the website is non-smoking, and I didn't notice it. My fault. There was no shampoo provided and I didn't have any with me. Had to use bar soap to wash my hair. Bed was comfortable. TV control did not work at all other than the on and off button. Could not understand most of what the man said at check-in. English is not his first...

"It was a nice clean room which had been completely renovated. We had microwave and refrigerator. The towels and sheets were all nice. The bed was comfortable. And the guy who checked us in was amazing"
