We had some issues checking in, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in quickly resolving the issue. My only complaint is the gym, which is tiny and where much of the equipment was damaged or not working at all. But that's an easy thing to fix, and overall we had a great experience.

The inn has been nicely renovated and the staff was very friendly. I would have give it five stars if the carpet had been clean. The center was fine, but the edges hadn't seen a vacuum in a long time.

The first room we were given was filthy from the beds to the floor. The beds had soiled linens on both! From top to bottom. The carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over. Including a whole cookie inside ( in visible sight) the air conditioning unit.The clerk that checked us in was Awesome! And did indeed take pictures so that housekeeping / management could be informed. However she did infact try to make excuses for some of the bedding. Frankly if I had not been there to watch my Grandson play Baseball the next morning. I would not have stayed. The housekeeping in this establishment is way below tge 8.6 excellent review that I seen online. I would definitely not stay here again.
