"We were visiting the Uni in Aberystwyth the following morning and with a 4 hour journey needed an affordable, easy to find stop off. The staff were so friendly. Room was perfect for our quick overnight stay. Very quiet area with great views. Lovely traditional bar to have a relaxing drink and snack in. Didn’t eat at hotel but the dining space looked clean and inviting. Will definitely use this hotel again as my son will be attending the uni from Sep I will be making that journey often and...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and comfortable which was what we needed for our few days away. Service was excellent and the portions of food defeated us every time.if you need a quiet escape to the country we would recommend the George Barrow."
