My visit was one of nostalgia -- the property (pools and room) needed updating, but were clean. Staf could have provided a warmer reception. Visiting from the US, we did not know about the holidays and one entire day, hourly, we heard fireworks going off. I was there mainly to visit Abasolo, but they did not have a local map -- I relied on social media for places off site to eat lunch and dinner.

Un lugar histórico y que invita a recordar y a la vez abstraerse de la realidad y dejar volar la imaginación hacia otros tiempos, sin embargo no se limita a recordar sino a disfrutar las instalaciones y las enormes palmeras con sus pájaros carpintero es simplemente bellísimo.

Las albercas, parque y servicio en restaurante excelente , el servicio de mantenimiento y personal en recepción pésimo ,nuestra habitación salía más agua en el lavamanos que en la regadera ,quedaron de ir a repararla y pues nos fuimos y siguió igual ,de recepción quedaron de enviar a alguien y pues nunca llegó

Soy cliente desde que nací, todo bien hasta la hora de entregar la habitación que es a las 12:00, te piden que entregues tus brazaletes y ya no te dejan entrar, te sacan Te piden pagar otras 6 horas para que puedas hacer uso de las instalaciones! Ni en Cancún te hacen eso. Deberían cambiar esas políticas porque son abusivas y absurdas!!
