Nice hotel and good location but a bit dated with uncomfortable bed and no room service after midnight which is absurd for a hotel of this size and stature. Walls also paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking or crying etc. staff doesn’t ask how your stay was on departure

Warwick Grand-Place Brussels
Bed was very firm, pillows were awkward sizes. The house keeping staff were helpful getting the locks fixed for our room. The location is perfect to walk to sights.

The Hotel
It was great. Service was impeccable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and updated. Will definitely return.

Great little spot not far from St Bavo’s. Lots of the other visitors there were pretty noisy though, so it doesn’t seem quite like a place for those looking for peaceful rest.
