"The communication around booking & the check-in process were very good, however the property was disappointing. On entering the flat there was a strong smell of damp which remained throughout our 5 day stay. There was a bar directly below which played very loud music until gone 2am. The bed linen had obviously been washed but was stained and the mattress had no protector on it and there were unpleasant visible stains.
