"Serviceable enough for an airport hotel. Nothing fancy, so the price must be all about the location. The shower was gross, broken tiles collecting mold. Biggest complaint was the arctic temperature with no thermostat. I slept in my sweatpants and jacket and folded the blanket in two just to warm up. Best part was getting straight to bed after a long flight."

"Saw online that the property is conveniently located in a great area, which was definitely a plus. However, the property is currently under renovation, making the overall environment feel awkward and not very clean. The rooms are also in need of updating. The bathroom mirror was broken and looked unpleasant. The staff were okay, but the experience was disappointing overall. When we checked in around 1:00 AM, the toilet was not flushing, which made the stay even more inconvenient."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Miami for the Rivian R2 Launch. Check‑in was smooth, and Gustavo was excellent...professional, friendly, and clear about the hotel’s amenities. His service set a positive tone and reflected well on the Hampton brand. Unfortunately, the stay declined quickly. The bed frame in our room was severely defective and creaked loudly with even the slightest movement. After driving over four hours on the first day, we expected to rest, but the constant noise made sleep nearly impossible. When the hotel reached out to check on our stay the next day, we immediately reported the issue and let them know they could come by anytime to inspect the bed, as we would be out in the city majority of the day. No one ever came, and nothing was done. As a result, we were unable to get proper rest for two consecutive nights, which made the trip far more exhausting than it should have been. There were positives: breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and a nice variety of items. The secured parking felt safe and was worth the nightly fee. The location also offered easy access to major highways, which made getting around Miami convenient. However, the lack of response to a serious comfort issue overshadowed everything else. A hotel can have great amenities, but if you cannot sleep, the stay becomes stressful rather than relaxing. Based on this experience, we would likely not return."
