"There are actually 3 properties in which you can stay. We ended up in an adjacent property that was co-located with Taco Taco restaurant. We rented a junior suite thinking it would be larger with a seating area - it was a basic hotel room. The room was dated, the noise from outside could be heard until midnight, and the A/C rattled. Definitely never again ....."

"Hotel was well managed and safe. Room was kind of small and would have liked for there to have been a microwave in the room. Bed was comfortable and was within walking distance of the beach and numerous restaurants. No parking and having to pay for it was an added cost that was a concern and should be noted by the hotel."

"Great great location! Right across the street from the beach. The hotel provides beach towels and chairs. You are in the famous strip where Miami Vice and Scarface was shot. Many restaurants on the strip as well as many tourists. Everything you need right at this location."

"This is an honest review of my experience here: The rooms were spotless cleaned, and looked like they are fully renovated. The staff goes above and beyond, best service ever. Everyone who works there I would give them a 10. At the pool they have big bottles of sunscreen for everyone to use and I loved that. We also loved the game room for the teens and kids, I just wish it was opened until later but they close at 6pm. On the other hand, the hotel is very old, so the layout of the property is weird. Specially the spa and gym area. The beach area is not clean, there was a lot of seaweed and I couldn't believe you have to pay to get an umbrella. This is the first time I have to pay for an umbrella at a hotel in South Beach. The other thing I hated was the extra charge for every single thing. For example, yoga class you have to pay $30 per person, but not for the meditation class. Microwave in the room, $25, kids club $125 per day. Overall, the hotel is good if you're not looking for something luxurious, very family friendly, it's clean, has great staff but it's too old and the extra charges make no sense. "
