"It was located close to everything. Yeah the rooms were small but they were clean. If it’s just one or two people and you plan on exploring the city then it’s perfect. If you have kids and plan to stay in a lot then prob not. There is a club next door but it wasn’t bad at all. After a day of the beach and zoo and everything I barely even noticed AND I stepped out to buy one of their hotdogs on the corner at 2am. Not to mention the restaurant right next door…great breakfast."

"Omg- this hotel has such a unique vibe. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It started w our uber driver.. who said you’re gonna love it… he was so right. Checkin is also a coffee bar (try the espresso tonic). The room is … small but exotic. I was worried the bed was too soft for us… but we both slept amazingly. There is a 24h diner - HUGE portions. Just… try it… we have kind of decided this is our hotel for San Diego visits from now on… ps our check in staff (evening shift) - over the top awesome. "

"Recently renovated room with great view. & great lighting in the room. Did not like: Self parking was too expensive at $49/night & unable to watch local Padre game in room."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient location, downtown. I was able to get around in the area very well. It nit far from the airport, pier or Little Italy. It is was very cozy and the staff was accommodating. I would definitely consider stay there again. "

"Our room was great. Everything was clean. The pillows were horrible, fluffy, but went flat quickly. The hotel gives aluminum refillable water bottles, but no water refill stations. But we noticed it was like that through the city."
