"The staff was not very helpful. I initially got a complementary water bottle when checking in, I stayed for 3 nights and requested a water bottle the staff said that I had to pay for it. I had a lot of issues because I requested clean sheets and they ignored my request. It took more that 5 visits to the lobby to resolve this matter. It was very frustrating to say the least."

"the ac unit made a lot of noise and is blows directly at you. whoever slept on that side had cold air blowing straight on them. even when turned down, it was still freezing. the shower pooled up in one corner so water was not draining. didn't have complementary soap bars for shower or hand washing. no refrigeration so we couldn't keep anything cold. especially with how hot the weather was. Although the water front view was great, there were people just hanging out in the front making it feel unsafe to walk around at night. at one point, we saw some lounging just chilling on the back of a boat, which I'm sure they just hopped on. they gave us vouchers for free drinks, but the restaurants weren't open like the hours said. so we didn't even get the drinks. oh and our check in was delayed by almost an hour when we had an event to attend which we had to rush"

"The shears had a significant tear and the curtains would not close. More importantly, a facility which seems to want to cater to families and longer term clients had difficulty locating a trolley to accommodate luggage. When asked, they indicated trollies would be parked by the elevator. During my nearly week long stay, that never happened. This was a major inconvenience."

"Excellent customer service: The staff is so friendly & welcoming, not only front desk personnel, but housekeeping too. Loved the coffee/tea bar set up in lobby area for that extra cup to go. Room was very spacious & clean complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffee maker, etc. AC unit was a bit loud, but I usually pack ear plugs to muffle out such noise. Could hear nearby interstate traffic too, which was a bit annoying but I had ear plugs. This property along with others in North Natomas will be considered again when I visit family in the area. Thanks management team for making graduation weekend just a little easier with a comfy room, bed and great staff."

"We never stayed at the hotel as we had entered the wrong date by accident and they refused to help us out even when they still available rooms they left it till after our check in time and then let know they couldn’t help us so we had to other accommodation and they kept our money"
