"The hotel location is good close to the old town about 7 minutes walk and to the metro station. The hotel rooms some are renovated others are old. Check in and out was quick but staff is not friendly no welcoming words and no smile at all. No phone numbers for the house keeping and room service on the room’phone. Every time we have to call the reception and when they are busy you got no answer. Some will take your order some receptionist will refuse and transfer you. So Inconvenient. "

"Convenient location to walk around and explore Prague. Castle remain at 25min walking. Powder tower, clock, Tyn, Opera, etc at 15min or less. This is a large hotel, don't expect lot of attention during your stay. Launch at their restaurant is a must ( nice deco, good food). The breakfast buffet isn't really worst it (20euros pp, basic food). Shopping center, restaurant and supermaket are at the corner. "

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were upgraded and the room was very large with a big bathroom with separate shower and tub and double sinks. Huge breakfast spread. Staff was very pleasant. Nothing but nice things to say. Would gladly stay here again. "
