"Wonderful iconic hotel with delightful service. The dinner on the terrace with entertainment is not to be missed. The gym is the worst I’ve ever seen in over 1,000 hotel stays: the one machine was broken all four days and it probably has been and will be. There are five dumbbells, two sets and an orphan. I know it’s Rimini, but for any hotel, let alone The Grand, this is unacceptable."

"This was a beautiful hotel as expected. Our only issue were the staff during breakfast. We wasn’t seated, we had to keep catching staff to ask for coffee etc (which we waited 30mins to receive!) it seems there were a lot of lower grade staff replenishing the food etc, but they were not allowed to deal with the customers, they were the most helpful tbh. But had to go ask their superiors each time we had a simple question. It was a shame as everything else was amazing."

"Camera bellissima e spaziosa, terrazza stupenda (peccato essere in inverno e non poterla usare. Bello anche il bagno e la doccia con sauna e idromassaggio. Colazione con buffet molto ampio e di ottima qualità. Le uniche due (piccole pecche): Sky non funziona e la doccia scarica male, ma niente di irreparabile."

"Camera pulita, confortevole, letto comodissimo e balcone semplicemente straordinario. Lo staff disponibile e gentile. Colazione internazionale e buona. Sicuramente un'ottima struttura dove nulla è lasciato al caso."
