Villa Regina is very tired, poorly maintained room; black mould in shower, cracked shower tray, sloppy paint job, dirty rug, cupboards that stank of damp and old and made all my clothes stink and little to no soundproofing. It’s a 4 star that would struggle to get a 3 star rating in any other country. Staff on reception were so aloof, least friendly we’d come across. Property has no pool service, all courts are dirty, just not up to its 4/5 star billing. I’m sure the new annex is better but I would not pay €900 a night to stay in this hotel. It doesn’t deserve 5 stars.

Ottima location. Camera e bagno non grandissimi, ma ben accessoriati, terrazza molto ampia. Avevamo prenotato una superior nella dependance e ci hanno assegnato una camera al V piano nella casa madre, senza costi aggiuntivi. Colazione molto varia e qualità ottima.

Hotel con una bella spiaggia privata (a pagamento), camera moderna, ottima colazione. Mi è spiaciuto che abbiano erroneamente fatto un doppio addebito su expedia e sulla carta di credito al check out, in un hotel di questo livello non si dovrebbero commettere questi errori. Comunque ho sistemato subito dopo che me ne sono accorto.
