"We enjoyed our stay at the Palace Hotel, we had a good welcome. The location is great opposite the Palace Gardens and a 5 minute walk from the main station. The hotel and the station are connected underground saving having to walk through the sun which is really handy. Like lots of places there are lots of underground shops and restaurants. "This was our second hotel in Tokyo as we spent a few days at the Palace hotel which we really enjoyed. This was quite different but equally good. This is a modern hotel starting up on the 28th floor. This gave us great views in different directions. We had 2 rooms one looking towards the bay and the gardens and the other room looked towards the city. It was a great location with a nearby station. We went to the gardens and walked back to the hotel though this meant going over some busy roads....

"The hotel staff are excellent and prioritize a luxury feel. We had a massive suite that was very good size and if you stay in a room that has access to the club floor, the views are remarkable.
