"Staying at Roch Castle was a truly unique experience and well recommended. Location to the peninsula was great and the charm of staying in a 12th century renovated castle was great experience. It has been renovated to the highest quality and has lovely sitting rooms to relax in."
"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "
"The tranquil setting and gorgeous building felt very special. We also enjoyed the gourmet breakfast that started the day . My only observation is that the Arts & Crafts building offers an opportunity to enhance that throughout rather than what is on the walls now, and feels like generic hotel decor that could be found anywhere. The priory is special, and that could be enhanced."
"On arrival we were greeted by the owners who made us very welcome. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, breakfast outstanding. They could not do enough for us especially with my wife’s disability. We are looking forward to returning in the future."
"This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). "I would love to give this a 5 star review but and I am very sorry that I can't, because for us the stay did not turn out to be what we had hoped.
The flat is in a perfect location in the middle of Tenby - bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants all at your doorstep. The beach only a short walk away so it could not be in a better position. The views from the apartment are breathtaking and the apartment itself is beautifully furnished. So why only give it 2 stars? For us, our long weekend was totally...
