"Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay here. Everything about it was top notch - room, staff, hotel property, and the spa was amazing. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Did I mention the spa was amazing? Location was perfect too and everything was within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."

"My room wasn’t ready when I arrived and had to wait until 4:15pm for my room with a child and health issues after lengthy traveling. Not enough trowels in the room. Air conditioner in the room broken. Reception Toilets messy with no toilet paper in them. Breakfast a massive disappointment. They are basically trying to save money on everything and it make it unpleasant for the paying customer."

"This hotel is quite easy walking distance into the main "old" part of town ... Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, River Avon, multiple churches, tons of restaurants. We loved our spacious room with a gorgeous high ceiling and updated bathroom. It felt like pure luxury after our cramped stay in London. We chose to enjoy their breakfast after an early morning walk down the river and around the Royal Victoria Gardens. "This hotel does not have air conditioning. Granted, it does not list it as an amenity on their website, but with high quality of the establishment, and price of the room in this day and age, it was expected as a given. We didn't book a cheap hostel. It's not as if you can sleep with windows open with no screens in the busy City. We had to move to another hotel because of the heat."
