"Nice property, though staff service is disorganised and not what would be expected at 5 star hotel"

"Everything was just perfect. Thanks for making the stay memorable"

"Exceptional breakfast"

"The staff were really polite, courteous and ever welcoming. The property was clean and well maintained, particularly the central ac worked seamlessly and without any noise. The dinning room does get very buy during breakfast and buffet dinner times and at times staff seem to struggle due to high turnover. This is a minor point but the overall experience has been great. I’ll certainly be back."

"Excellent hotel. Ideally placed for our business and family appointments in Bandra. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful but go early as it get busy towards the end of the session."

"Comfortable stay near airport, good breakfast and friendly staff,"

"Hotel surroundings were dirty. Room has dated furniture, chipped and dented. Washroom was not that clean nooks and corners were dirty. Door handle was loose. Seemed like a 3-Star hotel."

"nice"
