You’re in the heart of Lujiazui with some of the most iconic views in Shanghai. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the window was breathtaking—both day and night. After we left, I was surprised to receive an email from the hotel letting me know we had forgotten my son’s notebook. I hadn’t even realized it was missing until they reached out. That kind of attention and follow-through made me really grateful. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Shanghai—luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality all in one."
