"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented, with an excellent variety of high-quality...

"The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the restaurant was excellent all around, and the welcoming by the staff was unprecedented. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here the Matterhorn is visible of course. Met the 5 stars that they hold."

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"It’s my fourth stay at CERVO and I’ll be back! The breakfast isn’t as extensive as was originally, but you can still order a wide variety of hot dishes and I found the breakfast staff very attentive, and the evening staff perhaps understaffed?"

"Truly stunning apartment. Fantastic location - just off main-street so quiet but easy to get everywhere. Breakfast in room each day, very nice touch. We couldn't recommend more highly. Will def go back."

"Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. Four large bedrooms, four modern and well equipped bathrooms, in floor heating, a great kitchen, a magnificent dining area with ample seating for 8 to 12 people two terraces, an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and a private elevator to both floors of this unit make this one of the best spaces my family has...

"Pamela is so welcoming. Whether you are traveling, solo or with a family, she will make you feel as if you are family "

Sinon personnel attentif"
