"We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. They obviously knew the issue as they already ordered a new one. They never offered any compensation or to move us in another apartment. The ski room was super smelly and...

"Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. "Nice place. Not sure why cleaners can’t empty dishwasher, cleaners don’t come till checkout. Have to put everything away clean, clean kitchen, take rubbish out.. no biggy but good to know.. Pool and ‘hot’ jacuzzi could have been warmer.. nice bar, no restaurant- but a few down the road. I’d say it’s ski in and just about ski out.. would stay again- it’s pretty new and modern.."

Even next to the outside doors of the pool area. Prices should be lowered until construction is finished"
