A special mention goes to Food Department, who went above and beyond—not only accommodating specific dietary requirements for some members of our group but also personally ensuring that special requests beyond the buffet menu were fulfilled seamlessly. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The exhaust fan was not working as well"
