"The family and I had a great experience whilst staying here, staff were attentive, food was good (a bit more Portuguese authenticity would have been great) and our room ws comfortable. Only one small lapse leads to a 4 star rating, where kids club one day switched to an alternate format requiring parents to stay on a day where the wife and I had booked massages at the spa - so only one of us ended up going. No communication went out regarding the change, but understand that sometimes things...

"Whilst the property is rated at 5 star, it is not a luxurious facility. Rooms and corridors are pretty much due for repainting. Staff members were generally friendly and helpful and the facilities were good although a little basic. For a 6 night stay were only entitled to two large bottles of water in the room on arrival that were not replenished. This is policy at this property. Food was generally good with the buffet representing good value. Ala carte menu is quite limited but sufficient."

"Stunning property located in a 220 hectare nature park on the beautiful Vincentine Coast of the Algarve. You have miles of hiking and mountainabike trails just steps from your room. Labels on items would have been useful as there was a great deal of variety; particularly with milk products as it was unclear which containers had whole, semi-kimmed or alternative e.g. oat milk. Rooms were serviced each day and a bottle of mineral water replenished. There was no option to keep your towel...
