The property was beautifully maintained, quiet, all the staff were so accommodating and friendly, car parking was easy. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful. "A great sized room and bathroom with adequate toiletry supplies and tea/ coffee supplies. Beds were comfortable and whole hotel clean and pleasing. Unfortunately we did not get a room with river views as indicated in the booking form. Was this because we used our free nights with Hotels.com I wonder!"

"Love this hotel. My previous stay was a bit nicer though. Stayed in the same type of room as last time, however the layout was different and not as clean. Side note, the rooms need better air circulation. Aircon is good but it's still quite stuffy inside. "

"We stayed in a Jubilee Lodge for 9 days - 2 adults, plus our 5 year old and 1 year old. Everything was lovely before, during and after our stay. The apartment was clean and comfy. The soft play, the pool, the games room, were all fun. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, the staff were so helpful. Morning walks on the beach were restoring for the soul.
