"Excelente Hotel, Máxima calidad. Personal muy amable y atento"

"Great location, very comfortable rooms"

"If you do not get a renovated room go somewhere else, wall paper was coming off, curtains were dirty. Staff was nice but said they did have any other rooms. This is after I wrote to the hotel booking manager and spoke with them, ( they would do what they could but would not guarantee it, the room was over 440 USD. Insulting my guess it was 1 star maybe! Don’t trust until you they have 100% renovations done., next booking was a renovated room. Was wonderful"

"Las instalaciones son muy buenas sin embargo considero que deben de mejorar algunas cosas del cuarto. Cortinas y alfombras. Además el room services no tiene whisky después que cierra el bar del hotel, ilógico que un hotel con esa categoría tenga un problema tan sencillo de resolver."

"Best spot of BAS, excellent stay. Will never stay in other hotel."

"Fantastic hotel! In every sense, they could improve their food a bit in the bar downstairs but it’s not bad at all. Over all great experience."

"Great place to stay. The room was very comfortable."

"I liked the building style but it's not in good shape. Needs painting and carpet renewal all around. The key wouldn't open. The hairdryer needed to be replaced and the safe stopped working and someone came to reset it (not great to see how easily they could open it). The worst happened one day after checking out when I realized I had left something in the room. There was no way to contact the hotel. Both the phone number and the email address are not working."

"La atención fue fantástica,"

"Spacious room with nice tv channels"

"Great staff"

"Room was great, very quiet and the breakfast was excellent. The staff couldn’t do more for you, we would stay there again"
