"BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER...

"The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all."

"Dieses Hotel war mit Abstand das schlechteste, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Selbst zwei Sterne sind für dieses Hotel noch zu viel. Das einzig Positive waren die freundlichen Mitarbeiter vom Housekeeping und im Restaurant.
Die Zimmer wirkten nur oberflächlich sauber, waren aber in Wirklichkeit schmutzig. Das Badezimmer unseres Zimmers war voller Schimmel – absolut inakzeptabel. Unser Zimmer hatte außerdem einen privaten Pool, der ebenfalls schmutzig war und offensichtlich nicht regelmäßig...
