"Eighth floor Room was quiet. No street noise or noise from other people. Bathroom and toilet were clean and pleasant. Did not like plastic mugs for tea/coffee, China preferable. Housekeeping slipped up on a few small things. Could not see the point of tablet info system...glamorous but fiddly to use. Each room should have a couple of ordinary sized pillows and a spare blanket or two to give no-fuss options. Help was available quickly and efficiently from friendly staff."

"Our stay was very comfortable. The facilities were very good, and parking on site was easy and consistently available, not like other hotels where they take your money but often no allocation or availability of a parking bay. Our room was upgraded on booking in, which was a nice surprise, and we had a glorious view of the beach and pool, with magnificent sunrises, and sunset views. Walkable to most retail and food outlets. Although on the Esplanade, it was at the quieter end so not as much...
