"We stayed 5 nights. The complimentary breakfasts were great with a big variety. The folks at the front desk were super accommodating helping us get taxis and anything else. Rooms were nice. They don’t let the AC get too low here. It’s probably about 80 in the room on a hot day so warmer than I would set the temp at. But there was a heat wave going on. Overall , we would come back."

"The property has so much to offer. The amenities and the grounds are impeccable. The 2 restaurants are well managed and the food was excellent. Compliments the 2 sommeliers like Maurizio. The highlight of our stay was the spa and pool at the spa. The landscape is beautiful. Overall, my wife and I had a great time at Castelfalfi and we plan to return."

"Staff from the bar was very rude specially the manager,reception staff have no idea on regards to oriented customers to was around the area Breakfast terrible same thing every day cold food is not something I enjoy"

"Wir haben das Hotel gebucht mit Pool und Restaurant. Leider war der Pool in Renovation und das Restaurant und alle Gastroangebote geschlossen. Das wurde uns zwar ein paar Tage vorher per Mail angekündigt, ein Storno war aber trotzdem nicht möglich. Das Hotel wird zwar renoviert, für uns war es enttäuschend, da auch der Preis recht hoch war."

"La habitación muy cómoda, muy buenas dimensiones, el desayuno muy completo y un hermoso jardín para pasar el tiempo o desayunar. Tiene pileta descubierta y gimnasio pero no los utilizamos. El personal muy amable. Esta sobre una carretera al borde de Certaldo pero se puede caminar hasta el centro o Certaldo Alto, inclusive de noche."

"When a hotel cleans your windscreen when you are leaving them on the last day, you know they care! There is simply nothing out of place, and nothing is too much for them to do for you. This is a shining example of how a hotel should operate. Just perfect in every way."
