"The place was amazing and we had booked it as we wanted a relaxing weekend away as a family and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had the same young lady, Pardeep Kaur, looking after our table at dinner on a couple of nights at the Moreish restaurant and she was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great time along with her colleagues. The food was beautifully presented and was very tasty. The spa was just what we needed and we got to spend time with the children in the pool as well as some much needed time out in the jacuzzi, steam room and Himalayan salt room after the family sessions were over. The grounds were lovely and the staff were very obliging to our boys and gave them a tour of the grounds in the Rolls Royce buggy, that really made their day. The table tennis in the library was a lovely touch and that’s where the boys spent most of their time. We do think a snooker table would have been great as well. We would definitely visit again."
