"The hotel and its amenities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is beautiful, and the pools offer breathtaking views, making it a wonderful place to relax and experience Santorini. The only downside is that walking outside the hotel can be quite challenging. The road beside the hotel has no sidewalk, and cars travel quickly along the narrow roadway, which can be especially dangerous...

We were provided with a welcome drink and front desk lady (Christina) provided us with a map of Santorini with key places to see and visit, as well as where to not waste our time seeing. Provided restaurant recommendations and stored our bags until it was time to check-in. When we did check-in, a different front desk lady (Maria) provided us with info on pool restaurant and upper restaurant lounge but did NOT tell us about the included...
