The hotel is beautiful, the views from the hotel are breathtaking cant get any better. I have to say that best part of our stay was the staff. Starting with the lobby at check in , Dionisius, katerina and Angela were so nice and polite, they made us feel very especial at all times. Every request we had they made sure we received. At breakfast we were greeted by sylvia and Amare, again very polite and the breakfast was exquisite. Dinner was delicious and the food in general was very good. The infiniti pool had the best view, claydi Socrates always was ready to bring us drinks and food or whatever we needed. I am so amazed at this hotel with its employees, with the genuine care and confort they provided all their guests. I most definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to come back.

The staff and amenities were really good. The room was very small, not sure if that’s common in Greece. The view was the highlight. However the property is located at the bottom so it was almost a 7 min walk from the main square. It was hard on the knees so if you choose this place be prepared to make that climb everytime you want to go out.

Grace Hotel was exceptional in every way. The views from our room, the pool, and the restaurant were absolutely stunning. Truly some of the most beautiful views in Santorini. What really set Grace apart, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive without ever being intrusive. By the second morning they remembered our breakfast orders, and throughout our stay they seemed to anticipate everything we might need. The concierge was wonderful and helped arrange every excursion and transfer seamlessly. The food was outstanding, and our room was spacious, spotless, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were wonderful, and every detail had clearly been thought through. The location in Imerovigli is also, in my opinion, the absolute best place to stay in Santorini. Spectacular caldera views and sunsets, but peaceful and removed from the crowds. I rarely say that a hotel is perfect, but Grace truly was. Five stars without hesitation, and I would return in a heartbeat.

The property was lovely, staff amazing, the rooms are only ok and in need of some TLC in terms of bathroom fixes and repairs, and patio furnishings were worn and unserviceable which made sitting outside to enjoy the view less desirable. Lower rooms have more tourists foot traffic which was unexpected, surrounded by drones and photographers.

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible. Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Be sure to go to Avocado restaurant nearby, Greek food was amazing and clearly a family business.

we loved many things about this property. The staff was attentive and friendly. There is one thing about this property that the reviews and the description fail to address. This is not a property to stay in if you are an older couple. There is no elevator and the steps connecting you to your room and the restaurant and pool can be daunting. we had 75 very steep stairs steps from our room to breakfast. 250 stairs steps from our room to the square where you arrive and depart to any activity. After 4 days of doing this sometimes 3 times a day we are exhausted ! Please be cautious if booking this hotel and you are over 70 or not in very good athletic shape.

The property of the Grace hotel was exceptional. The rooms and the views were breathtaking. The service was exceptional. The accessibility should be noted that in order to access this property and most you need to be able to walk many many steps. The hotel pool was gorgeous, and the staff were wonderful.

I cannot say enough. From the girls at the front desk, Angela and Matina, to the managers Jerry and George and the servers George and everyone! They made our stay amazing. Rooms are beautiful and amenities are amazing. The bathroom products are so nice and the treats every night are such a nice touch.

This was an amazing stay at the Grace Hotel. For the entire stay, the whole staff is extremely friendly and engaged. Every staff member was very helpful and made our stay a very pleasant and hospitable experience. This was hands down the best service I have received at any 5-star hotel (or any hotel) I have stayed at. Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel when staying in Santorini. In addition to the service, the rooms and facilities are well maintained and property is beautiful with great view of the sea and top notch restaurant. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Santorini!

Grace hotel is one of the top hotels I’ve stayed at. The sunset was incredible. The staff were excellent especially George at the restaurant. What a great guy. Rooms were larger than expected and beautiful. 10/10.
