They were so friendly and helpful, and they even prepared to go breakfast for us before we took off to the airport for Bali. It’s just the epitome of excellent hospitality and customer service. "Very new. Opened June 2024. The hotel spa is superb. I had a deep tissue massage. One of the best ice ever tried (I do body massage at least per fortnight). Location is good. Lots of food choices. Easy access to every where in Jakarta. "
