"cross from Taipei 101 close to great dining and shopping Property is old and needs remodeling the lounge food is not up to standard to other lounges in other hotels needs a lot of improvement"

"The bathrooms in the rooms are not very private. There’s a partial door on one side, but the rest opens up to the shower, which is just separated from the room with a curtain."

"駅からすぐ近くて利便性が良くスタッフの対応もとてもよかったです"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, and the room design is stylish, modern, and thoughtfully planned. The bathroom was exceptionally large, spotless, and well maintained. The staff were professional, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The complimentary shuttle service to the MRT station was extremely convenient and made transportation easy throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future."

"朝食はとてもよかった。 ベーカリーの葱のパンがイマイチだった。 タオルの数が少ないので、トイレだけでなく洗面所にも小さいタオルは必要と思う。 他のホテルは、簡単なパジャマのようなものがあったが、それがなくて残念だった。 日中、ちょっとコーヒーが飲めるようなコーヒーショップがなくて、グループ旅行する場合に、行先の相談したりする場所に困った。"

"The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The issue is the staff’s lack of English, and better hospitality approaches to guests. This prevented them from being 5 stars. Great location. Since the restaurant is under renovation there are NO food options. If you call for room service 1 minute over the closing time they will not consider your order. I guess I expected more. Thank you"

"Excellent food, very nice rice paddies, amazing spa, awesome restaurants. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the very Bali pace. Definitely a place we would recommend to others"
