"This is a top-tier hotel with beautiful amenities and wonderful staff, and I was excited to splurge for our 11th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. We arrived at 2:30 p.m., planning to use the gym while waiting for the 4 p.m. check-in. Our room was not ready until 5:15 p.m., and throughout the afternoon, we repeatedly had to check with the front desk for updates rather than receiving proactive communication. Our luggage did not arrive until 5:30 p.m....
