"Check in was great despite how congested with a long line of wait. Check out was the worst while there was no waiting line at all, missed airport bus due to waiting for a reception to be available. Breakfast experience reminded me of being in an old school canteen, not at all elegant and food selections were average. "

"Amazing old style hotel with lots of charm. Beautiful library and bar. Room was big but not a great design but nice feel to it. No draws. I would take out the bench in the entrance way and replace it with a dresser. The front desk was very helpful and spoke good English. Really a cool place in an excellent location."

"This property was wonderful it had a great services, the only thing is to get to most places it’s a least a 30 min taxi. Which isn’t bad but just mentally prepare. The 37 restaurant and grill was amazing!!! The food was prepared wonderfully. Also if you do need a taxi the front desk personnel will call one for you, just tell them the destination. "

Fantastic location - the Coex Mall is underneath the hotel and you can walk to Bongeunsa and Jamsil to attend a baseball game. I highly recommend this hotel!"
