"I love this hotel. It’s a stunning modern design although it’s a large format hotel it feels like a boutique hotel."

"Property well looked after and service attentive. Highly recommended"

"Very nice!"

"We booked a room with two double beds; we DID NOT get a room with 2 double beds because ALL of those rooms had one of the beds JAMMED AGAINST THE CLOSET DOORS!!!! When we examined the first room, we were told by staff that all two double bed rooms had the same layout, which was INSANE!!!! We settled for a room with 2 twin beds. This hotel is in a nice location but is showing it's age as far as decor is concerned. This breakfast buffet was good, and it was nice eat on the patio facing the...

"Overall great place, great location, great stay - I would highly recommend"

"We chose the Pullman over a couple of other hotels near the airport because we wanted it to be a very special experience, aligned with our trip to Japan the next day. The hotel fell short of our expectations due to the fact it is now looking a bit rundown, which was quite disappointing...faded carpet; scratched furniture etc"

"Outstanding breakfast - and very walkable from everywhere you need."

"Best place to stay in southbank"

"Clean and friendly"

"Property and staff was very nice. Just a few odd things that we didn't like: 1, The lobby smelled of perfume, my wife does not do well with chemical smells so this gave her a headache, and honestly it was way to overpowering. 2. They only gave us two bath and hand towels. I had to call to get more. No towels at the pool either. 3. The tub/shower had a spigot that stuck out about 10 inches into the middle of the tub. Couldn't take a shower with out hitting it with my legs. Looks to be a safety...

"Had room next to lift. Noisey. Quite small to other rooms that i have stayed in this hotel."

"Fantastic location—didn’t have to walk outside to get from the train to the hotel lobby. Comfortable room with quality bedding and a large bathroom."

"Very small room but very nicely appointed with electric curtains and lovely lighting. Shower was extremely noisy for some reason. Overall a nice hotel with nice staff and restaurant was also very very good."

"We appreciated the self service laundry and they were so sweet acknowledging our honeymoon at check in and accommodating us getting our room a tad early. It is a wedding venue so if youre there on a wedding weekend expect a wait for the elevator, potentially some loud noise, and you have to utilize a paid carpark."

"Great Location for being central in the City. Clean, but it could use some renovation. Team was great 👍"
