"Great location, friendly staff, affordable for the area, I went on a bay cruise tour halfway through the stay and found out the property was part of the tour for a good reason! Only complaints were that housekeeping dropped the ball a couple times, and parking was not really good. It’s either valet or sell an organ for metered parking. Not ideal. Valet was friendly and professional though. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Staff at front desk was very friendly too. Beach is great and everyone very kind although service takes longer than one would expect. Just a side note, there's some signs of humidity in the rooms and in the ceiling of the lobby that are not really expect for a hotel in this segment. Pool is awesome! "

"I received kaif in this hotel . The best hotel in south beach with plenty of activities and treats all over the day, as well as free passes with presenting the hotel key, e.g. the bass museum was for free with the W hotel card . And they have plenty staff to do everyday . We got there on swim week model show, which was pretty packed and we enjoyed after parties inside of hotel as well as dj in the lobby bar ! Highly recommend , well fit as for chilling by the pool or acting by the dj console . "

Last day there was an issue (because they booked a corporate event where the only pool is) but the staff handle it very well and made sure we were happy, I love and appreciate when mistakes are handled with care and passion! We stayed 4 days and I would try for 6 days next. "

"This hotel is like a dream. You walk into the most beautiful and opulent decor and every member of the hotel staff greats you and treats you like royalty. The hotel appears to be brand new with everything from the rug to the furnishings are new and clean. The location can’t be beat as it is in the center of everything.
