"We had a short turn around as we passed through Quito from the Galapagos to return home. we arranged the VIP Airport transfers and were very pleased. signed pickup at the airpot and a quick 5 min transfer to the hotel. the welcome was wonderful with pleasant and very helpful reception. the room was clean and very quiet (as we went to bed at 6:30 PM and awoke at 1:00 AM to depart for our flight. We had an early supper and drinks at the hotel bar which was very tasty and reasonably priced. Only...

"We paid extra to stay on the 16th floor so we could have access to the executive lounge and the amenities it offers. However, upon arrival we did that the lounge is now being used for business meetings and private dinners. If we had known this we would not have paid extra."
