"The room was so nice. Kids loved the bunk beds. The view was amazing. The area was very family friendly and walkable. The Thai restaurant was delicious for a dinner meal and then we went to the rooftop. We didn’t realize it was a kid friendly rooftop!! We enjoyed the view on our last night and it was a fantastic experience. A bit far for Lego Centre and Universal Studios, but worth it to not have to pack up and move every few days."

"I wish this hotel could have at least some distance between families with screaming babies and those of us who do not have loud children. It was stressful and irritating each morning to have children screaming at tables in close proximity to mine. Furthermore, some of those children were running around the tables wildly a continuing their yelling. Not a very calming experience. "I have been with IHG for a long time and currently platinum ambassador. This time I booked the room through the third party as it was pretty complicated itinerary- multiple countries and multiple hotels. Intercontinental Osaka front desk staff kept telling me I cannot be benefited as ambassador this time as I booked through the third party. I understand. However different front desk staff kept saying that I booked through the third party EVERYTIME I asked for something- such as extra water...

"You will receive VIP treatment in this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and they changed everything every day (sleep wear, beddings, towels). So many toiletries freebies. Very accessible location. The only thing I would suggest is that they need to be more sustainable in toiletries, make big bottles for shampoos instead of tiny ones"
