"Wonderful stay. The first hotel I’ve stayed at for ages that actually delivers 5 star service. Room service meal was excellent, and the restaurant was able to cater to my gluten free dietary needs. Beautiful room, and very quiet. The perfect place to unwind after a busy day."

"Very clean room. Located in the heart of shopping and restaurants. The bed was most comfortable and our floor was nice and quiet. The pool was closed for renovations which was disappointing as we had really looked forward to a swim next to the restaurant there. Overall I can recommend this hotel."

"Overall I found the hotel was very good, but not exceptional, certainly not when considering the cost of the room. The staff were excellent. The room was very clean. There were a couple of things that affected my star rating. First, I was disappointed that there was no bath. I had been looking forward to a long soak. "Property is pretty run down. The sheets had some stains on them. We did not complain about it as this could just be an overloaded commercial machine wash. The overall hotel is dated and needs some renovation. Breakfast downstairs was nice and they really looked after us otherwise as we were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday!"

"Overall great place, great location, great stay - I would highly recommend"

"Outstanding breakfast - and very walkable from everywhere you need."

"Very spacious and the old charm of the treasury is still very present today Beautiful building and centrally located"

"Fantastic location—didn’t have to walk outside to get from the train to the hotel lobby. Comfortable room with quality bedding and a large bathroom."

"Fantastic all around. Rooftop pool was awesome."

"We appreciated the self service laundry and they were so sweet acknowledging our honeymoon at check in and accommodating us getting our room a tad early. It is a wedding venue so if youre there on a wedding weekend expect a wait for the elevator, potentially some loud noise, and you have to utilize a paid carpark."

"The property especially the rooms were quite dated. The beds are uncomfortable. The Fire Place is the only restaurant on site worth going to. The staff are great, especially Gretel, she was great."
